This page is here to give you a clear sense of how I work and whether we’d be a good fit.
It’s not a sales pitch, and it’s not meant to cover every possible scenario. If you’re looking for clarity more than hype, you’re in the right place.

I work with a small number of clients at a time so things don’t feel rushed or chaotic.
My role is to help your business run more smoothly behind the scenes. That usually means taking ownership of systems, processes, and day-to-day operations so you’re not constantly putting out fires or holding everything in your head.
Most work is done asynchronously, with clear priorities and regular updates. You won’t have to chase me, and I won’t overcomplicate things.

Every business is a little different, but this is the kind of work I usually take on:
Inbox, calendar, and general admin support
Client onboarding and offboarding
Process documentation and cleanup
Workflow and systems organization
Project coordination and follow-through
Tool setup and automation (Zapier, Make, etc.)
Reporting or dashboards where they’re actually useful

I tend to work best with people who:
Have a business that’s already moving
Know they need better systems but don’t want to micromanage
Value clear communication and follow-through
Want things to feel simpler, not more complicated
A lot of clients come in feeling like things are “fine,” just heavier than they should be.

I’m likely not the right fit if you:
Need constant, real-time support
Want same-hour turnaround on everything
Are still in the idea stage without active operations
Are looking for the lowest-cost option
That’s not a judgment. It just helps keep expectations clear on both sides.

Most clients work with me on a monthly retainer for ongoing support.
I also take on short-term projects when there’s a clear goal, like setting up systems, documenting processes, or cleaning things up before a hire or launch.
We’ll always agree on scope before getting started.
